BUDDHA DOG® processes and ships in stock items within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday.
If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via e-mail.

Please be aware that we often process and ship our orders the same day and once order is placed it can not be cancelled.

Buddha Dog® takes great pride in producing quality collars and leashes. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached within 7 days of receipt of shipment and we will refund your original form of payment with in two business days. Buddha Dog® is NOT responsible for shipping charges. Sale merchandise is final and all custom orders are non refundable. Please contact us first at for return authorization.

We offer shipping via UPS and USPS Priority mail. One, two, and three business day shipping is available on orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 p.m. ET / 12:00 p.m. PT. Contact Customer Service at to arrange rush delivery.


Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories are sent through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for these shipments.

Orders shipped to Canada are sent through the U.S. Postal Service Priority International Mail. Once your order is processed and shipped, it will arrive within an estimated 6 to 10 business days (excluding holidays). Customs delays can be common, so please consider this possibility when placing your order. We do not offer rush delivery to Canada.

TAXES AND DUTIES: All customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
